Make it my goal to develop your fitness, skills and knowledge to improve your running training and performance to the level where he can confidently complete, compete or excel your chosen style of running.

I have 10 years’ experience as an endurance athlete, 7 as a high performance runner, and 3 as a development and high performance coach. I have worked under 3 professional coaches and also spent a significant amount of time being self-coached, treating all as learning experiences. In addition to this experience, I have a passion for biomechanics, psychology, and developing training culture, making me an excellent choice for a coach if you want to do things properly. I am also strongly connected in the running community and can help keep you up to date and provide new opportunities.

Furthermore, when it comes to training specifically for off road running I step into a league of my own. I know Auckland’s forests and trails – and how to run them fast – like no one else and can show you a hidden world to expand your training possibilities.
